It reminded me when I left my parents' house to live on my own. My parents are of Filipino lineage but I moved here in the US when I was 6 months old. I embraced that challenge that I have to be independent after turning 18. It was difficult, exciting, excruciating, eye-opening, and at the same time humbling. It really made me enjoy/cherish all of my accomplishments and successes. Hope we could meet someday. you sound like a great person to talk to. Godspeed. It was nice listening to your podcast.
