The Elusive Mr. Right
The Elusive Mr. Right
We all look for that special someone. That special someone who will love us for what we are and take care of us. Someone we can and will love, someone we will care for. Someone who will give us all the loving that we need and deserve.
Some of you may have already found him. But for me, and for many others out there, that person is still out there – Mr. Right is still out there. He’s waiting for us. We know this for sure because we know that everyone has a chance at romance , right?
What keeps us from finding our Mr. Right? Are we still hard put with getting over a break up? Are we too picky and choosy? Has he already come into our lives but ignored him?
Pray, tell me, why is Mr. Right so elusive?

[...] of BaklaAko.com hits it right on the spot in his post entitled “The Elusive Mr. Right“. The same exact thoughts I’ve been having the past days… errr…. weeks. And [...]
because we continuously desperately look for them. The truth is, we always have an image of an ideal Mr. Right in our heads, and we always try to look for that ideal man, but the truth is Mr. Right is almost always not ideal. Maybe they’ve come, secretly loving us from somewhere, but we coudnt see them coz we keep on looking for our Mr. Right, the one whose image we just made. Maybe Mr. Right is not that elusive after all.
Or maybe, there is no Mr. Right. Hihi. Cynic. Hahaha.
@Yoshke
wag naman sanang “there is no Mr. Right”
Pano na yung mga matagal na na naghihintay… uhm like… me! haha
sorry AJ pero medyo may point si Yoshke e.
but the real problem is that when people are looking for mr. roght, they really are looking for mr. perfect. in this context, tama si Yoshke. there is no mr. right/perfect.
it doesn’t matter if you decide to hunt or wait. di mo sya mahahanap dahil ang tunay nyang apelyido ay snuffalopagus. basic human nature mans he will always have flaws. hence you wake up one day to find that mr right has turned into a frog.
the most successful relatio nships i have seen are from those who have been jaded from their search for mr right. then they find mr good-enough-to-make-me-forget-about-mr-right who is completely flawed and lovable in his imperfection.
sabi nga ni Nikki Valdez, ang pambansang bestfriend, sa GOT 2 BELIEVE, “Mr. Perfect doesn’t necessarily have to be Mr. Right.”
Ay pagbigyan na ako, ang jologs ko talaga minsan. MINSAN LANG!!! defensive.
Pero… gusto ko pa rin maniwala kay Mr. Right no? Pag walang Mr. Right, iinom na lang ako ng asido. Joke lang.
@peterpics
true true! Mr right is not always (and will never be?) Mr. perfect!
I guess what we all need is just an open mind and heart and the willingness to wait for that someone who’s good for us. he may not be mr. right or mr. perfect, but he can be The One…
@yoshke
i’m sure there’s someone out there for you! (wish ko rin meron for me and for everyone else na nalulumbay!)
