Found this very inspiring video on YouTube. Made me cry.
I searched for a Free Hugs Campaign in the Philippines and found a yahoogroups which was empty. The Free Hugs Campaign forums did not have anything listed under the Philippines. Will a campaign of this sort be well-received here? Will people actually come up to you and hug you? Will politicians launch their own Free Hugs Campaigns alongside their election campaigns?
