I was at the edge of my seat when the show was about to start. So shall I start my rants? Just kidding.
Dislikes:
> I think the audio has too much noise making the quality of the videos as a whole, poor
> Their so-called mentor is waaay above his head. I was expecting the bitchy attitudes to come from the contestants, but surprisingly, it came from him
> The first challenge to me was a bit predictable
> I was hoping designers would be real rookies
Likes:
> The setting screams pinoy as if the show started in the Philippines prior to US
> The selection of judges were very well thought of
> The host has an innate ability to not make her job look scripted
> And last but not the least, the main reason to stick around for more… Eli Gonzales!

I was able to watch the Pilot Episode. They were given the challenge to design something that will represent them as designers.
Uh-oh there was a twist, after they’ve taken all the fabrics and embellishments (5 minutes allotted time), they were told that they should use all the fabrics they’ve taken in their design.
Lori was booted out. Aries got the top spot and won immunity from next week’s challenge
3 Designs that stood out (for me huh)
Veejay Floresca – he was able to mix all the fabrics and came up with a detailed piece.
Mara Reyes – for being able to come up with a fresh and hip ensemble errr minus the glue.
Lord Maturan – for being funky and cute. lol
As for Aries’ design kinda reminded me *shoot me*. Veejay should have won the top spot. His tailored denim top sort of reminded me of Victorya Hong’s work.
As for the contestants beatchin’ I just hate Eli’s whining.
-that Aries and Veejay’s slots should have been given to some unknown fresh designers. (like duh, was he able to watch episodes of PR, is he aware that some of the contestants have their own biz or they have trained in some major fashion houses)
-he was jumping with joy when the twist was given, and said the word “karma” to Aries, because his rival was able to get a LOT of fabrics.
Bo on *beatch* mode:
-why does he dress like that, pertaining to Ivan. (his design was better than yours, lol)
and me on *beatch* mode pertaining to Bo, do you have to wear red lipstick on the individual interview/footage. rofl
