Hottie Ricky Martin is now a father to twins.  Taray, right?ÂÂ
So who’s the mother, you might ask? Who’s the lucky bitch? Uhm, I personally think she’s just partially lucky as little Ricky never went to explore the insides of her foaming vulva. ÂÂ

People Magazine reports that Ricky Martin’s representative confirmed with them that the twins were a result of gestational surrogacy:
“In recent weeks, Ricky Martin became a proud father by the birth of twin sons,” his rep tells PEOPLE.ÂÂ
“The children, delivered via gestational surrogacy, are healthy and already under Ricky’s full-time care,” the rep said in a statement. “Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children.”
The boys’ names and the location of their birth have not been released.ÂÂ
For those of you who are not familiar with Gestational Surrogacy, here’s some info from Wikipedia:
In gestational surrogacy (aka the Host method) the surrogate becomes pregnant via embryo transfer with a child of which she is not the biological mother. She may have made an arrangement to relinquish it to the biological mother or father to raise, or to a parent who is themselves unrelated to the child (e. g. because the child was conceived using egg donation,sperm donation or is the result of a donated embryo). The surrogate mother may be called the gestational carrier.
Dear friends, it was not immaculate conception that happened to Ricky Martin.  It was gestational surrogacy. ÂÂ
So Ricky Martin is now a certified father (and by certified, we’re not talking about the one that some people use in their online social network profiles: “cErtIfiEd hoTtie” or “cErtiFieD ToP”)!ÂÂ
