Nominations for the Philippine Blog Awards 2008 are now open

The nominations for the Philippine Blog Awards 2008 has already started last April 16. There are 36 awards categories in three (3) different categories are open for nomination. This year’s awards offer something new and different: awards for single posts/entries! This reflects the growing richness and diversity of the Philippine Blogging Community. ⁴

I have been very vocal about nominating myself but I actually haven’t done that yet. I will come up with a list of my nominees as well as a list of my own blog entries which I will nominate (kapal ng mukha no?). So far, I have only submitted one nomination: Will Garcia’s Integrati for Best Free Custom Theme. If you want me to nominate your blog, your blog entry (or if you want to nominate my blog or blog entries, wink wink. kapal ko talaga no?), just drop me a line and we can talk about it.

To provide an avenue in advocating the new image of the LGBT community as professional individuals with integrity by promoting success stories of LGBT individuals’ businesses and their various endeavours, and by providing articles that can be related to both business and economy and LGBT culture.
