Gay TV Hottie Nate Berkus is making news in the gay world lately. This is because Nate was tapped to host a reality show on a major network. There is a fuzz because Nate (also known as my future boyfriend, lol) is the first every out gay man to host a reality series on a major network. Unless of course Survivor host Jeff Probst is gay. But we digress.
Nate will be giving away big things to those who deserve it in his new show titled Oprah’s Big Give. All those who think they deserve something big from Mr. Berkus, a show of hands please?
Anyhoots, the show’s concept is pretty much as interesting (but not more) as its host. The show will follow ten people as they travel across the United States to, well, give to others.
In eight one-hour episodes, the series defies television convention with a bold idea What if people could compete to give to others rather than get for themselves?
That’s so Oprah right? But of course it is. The show’s executive producer, none other than Ms. Winfrey herself, will also appear in some episodes.
In “Oprah’s Big Give,” a diverse group of ten people from all walks of life receive the challenge of a lifetime — to change the lives of complete strangers. In an intense eight-week competition, the contestants criss-cross the country, giving away hundreds of thousands of dollars to unsuspecting people who are in for the surprise of their lives.
This is the part where we dream on and wish that there was a Filipina Oprah. If there isn’t, well, let’s just hope Oprah and Nate Berkus send us some lovin too! Many Filipinos here need help. And to be blatantly selfish about it, I’m one of them! Oprah or my Papa Nate Berkus can send us some new dSLRs or a brand new car or whatever they think I need. If they don’t wanna shoulder the shipping and handling charges for those, then they can just Send Money to the Philippines Online and let me purchase the stuff myself. Ambitions noh?
That or send Nate Berkus to pick me up, marry me and we will live happily ever after.

Ay sobra no! First time I laid my eyes on him on Oprah, mega research to the max online agad. And that was almost ten years ago ha!
