As far as I understood, philipine goverment is not in an effort to determine real data about this topic within the country otherwise they will have to start doing something. I think here in the philippines HIV/AIDS is a much bigger problem than everyone thinks as 10% of the population lives in abroad, tourism industry is growing and lack of information. Well, there is a lot of way to go. Btw, HIV/AIDS does not kill since 1992 but the social pressure on HIV+ people does...
