Macfarlane’s sexuality has been questioned time and again but he never spoke about it openly until now. In an interview with Toronto’s Globe and Mail³, he decides to come out openly to the public about his sexuality. Macfarlane’s family and close friends know that he is gay but this is the first time that he discloses his homosexuality in public.
