Is This Victor Basa?

A four-second video of a guy jerking off is currently doing the rounds of emails, blogs, and MMS. Some allege that the guy wanking in the video is model-turned-PBB-Housemate-turned-actor-slash-model Victor Basa. Some claim that this is the newest scandal that has hit this young star rumored to be gay.
The video is showing a muscular (and really hot) guy sans clothing, right knee raised a little close to the camera, right hand playing with his member, against a backdrop of a wooden closet and an indoor plant.
While the guy in the video closely resembles the hot young Victor,
we can not say for certain if it is him or not. We are not denying nor confirming if it is indeed Victor Basa, but we’ll leave it up to you to decide.
