The Dingdong Dantes Experience

July 25th, 2009

Masarap, malutong Ding Dong, Ding Dong!

dingdong dantes experience

No I did not do any hanky panky with Dingdong Dantes.  He’s so not my type. Well, he was during the TGIS days, but not anymore.  Now that he has already had his nipples (allegedly) surgically altered.

Anyway, Universal Records has recently released this new “Audio/Visual Project” starring Dingdong Dantes.

So what’s in it? According to the Universal Records Press Release:

The ‘VISUAL’ side includes MINI-COFFEE TABLE BOOK/SCRAPBOOK containing exclusive Dingdong Dantes images and a DVD featuring 4 Dingdong Dantes music videos shot by topnotch music video & commercial directors exclusively for this project. Directors like Louie Ignacio (”Cucu (Oh Yeah)” music video), Rico Gutierrez & Shoti Benares (”I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” music video), Adrian Calumpang (”Shining Star” music video) and Treb Monteros (”Tender Love” music video), worked closely with Dingdong Dantes in conceptualizing the look and feel of each music video. These videos are, after all, Dingdong’s babies. The beautifully photographed Mini-Coffee Table Book/ Scapbook showcases the serious, the playful and the sexy sides of Dingdong. These EXCLUSIVE photos are only available in this book and has never been published elsewhere. Also included are some behind the scenes pictures taken during his music video shoots.

The ‘AUDIO’ side is actually a CD containing 6 international hits personally selected by Dingdong Dantes. Songs range from r&b/hip hop tracks to club hits and even a tender ballad. Songs like the #1 Billboard smash “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” by Pitbull, club favourite “Shining Star” by Get Far, “Tender Love” by Jordan Knight and the infectious Latin-flavoured carrier track “Cucu (Oh Yeah)” by Miguel Fernadez, will give each buyer a different audio sensation once they hear it!

Some of you may want to buy this and experience Dingdong Dantes.  I wonder what the “playful and sexy sides of Dingdong” means but I’m pretty sure Dingdong fans out there would love to grab a copy of this. Does it contain hot photos of Dingdong Dantes naked and being playful? I doubt it. One thing is for sure though, there are no video scandals or anything of teh sort featuring Dingdong Dantes.

So queber ko if he was one of the 25 Sexiest Men of the World? Kebs talaga, everchynna hortaleza beauty products – naghahasa din!

If you buy this, I won’t take it against you.  Besides, to each his own naman.

Extra: Did you know that the word “dingdong” is slang for penis?  So let’s see how big Dingdong’s dingdong is!

Piolo Pascual for Bench (Manila Screens Today, Too!)

July 22nd, 2009

Piolo Pascual semi naked

Ah! Papa Piolo.  Who doesn’t love him? Some of his billboards along EDSA have been taken down recently, and I think it is for good reason.  People just get distracted too much! (I also get distracted by that Folded & Hung billboard with British Pinoy model Justin Hills).

But have you seen the latest oh-so-hot TV commercials for Bench starring Papa P?

Check out the videos below where Piolo is decently naked. And no, these are not sex scandals!

And don’t forget!  MANILA, a film produced and starred in by Papa Piolo Pascual, will be showing in select theaters nationwide! The list of cinemas showing Manila below:

Bakla Does Casino Royale at Resorts World Manila

July 20th, 2009

I love casinos! I love casinos not just because of the gambling but also because of the mix of fun, excitement, (a little gloominess in loser’s faces), noise and the whole chaotic world of this gaming hub.  So when I got an invite from Resorts World Manila to join the Bloggers’ Casino Royale, I did not hesitate a bit and signed up for it right away.

resorts world manila

The event was divided into two parts: an orientation and the Casino Royale event itself. I did not know what the orientation was for, but I knew that I really needed some of it since whenever I go to a casino, I’m limited to just the slot machines.  I’m a slot whore (pun not intended). I’m always lucky at the slots (but never lucky with the male sluts).  I have never actually lost a huge sum of money – the most was about a thousand pesos.  I’m no high roller so whenever I play and my winnings would amount to P2,000 to P3,000, I’d immediately move away from the machines and cash out.

The night of the orientation came and I was excited!  Who wouldn’t be excited to see a casino which has not been opened to the public yet?  I, among with several other bloggers, got the chance to experience before all others did, a night in what is dubbed as Asia’s Newest Playground – Resorts World Manila. (MyGandaAko’s feature on Resorts World Manila here)

Model Suite of Maxims Hotel06182009015

After dinner, we were given a tour of the Genting Star Training Academy – where the staff of this up and coming commercial hub are being trained – and boy was I amazed!  The training facility is one of a kind!  I’m a training and development professional, and seeing their facilities just left me in awe!  The academy houses their model units for the soon-to-rise Maxims hotel, a kitchen and cooking “studio”, training rooms, and a “training” casino.

062620090580626200905506262009053

The facilities impressed me much. And the VIP hosts that were all over the facility (assisting us and tending to our every need) were so hospitable and helpful that one would think they could do anything and everything for you – even blink your eye for you! Oh wait, did I mention how goodlooking the male VIP hosts were? The ladies were too, but I don’t really care much for their looks. Bakla ako diba?

Apparently, Resorts World Manila was not yet done impressing me.  When we went inside the casino for the orientation and tutorials of different casino games, I went and dashed my way to this Baccarat table whose dealer – named Kevin (whom I heard is also a commercial model) was so goodlooking, my invisible panties fell off. Baccarat, according to the Resorts World expats and executives, was one of the most famous casino table games in Asia. We had a few rounds with Kevin – a few rounds of learn-to-play sessions, that is.  After the learn-to-play (no need for me to learn how to play) with Kevin,  all tables went into a Baccarat tournament where the winners of each table competed against each other at the final table.

A week or two later, all the invited bloggers went back to the Resorts World Manila property (right across NAIA Terminal 3) for the much-awaited Bloggers’ Casino Royale. It was a red carpet event and all bloggers were asked to be in their “Casino Royale” best.  It was very refreshing to see bloggers from all walks of life dressed to the nines!  Some dressed to kill, some dressed to impress, some dressed to be killed, and some others (read: me) dressed as if they were going to work.

The night was filled with glitz, glamour, good food, great wine, and a whole lot of fun and excitement!  Kevin, MY casino Baccarat dealer was not in sight (the Operations Manager told me he couldn’t make it since he had a taping – sosyal. To which I replied in jest that Kevin was actually at my home, exhausted for reasons only he and I would know. Then I heard my other self tell me to wake up!). It didn’t matter much since there were other goodlooking dealers at different games there – Emmanuel at the Roulette and Mike (?) at Blackjack.

We had another tournament (with “fun” money) of ten Baccarat rounds. After finding out that I lost, I went around to play at other casino tables.  I learned how to play Roulette, while at the same time blatantly flirting (with no other intention but to flirt) with the dealer.  I then hopped my way to the other tables where I got the chance to become a dealer for a few minutes. Casino Wars is now officially my favorite casino table card game!

The Bloggers’ Casino Royale event at Resorts World Manila was a success! Resorts World at Manila, a flagship integrated entertainment project of Travellers International Hotel Group Inc., is a joint venture between two of the region’s most dynamic companies, Philippine conglomerate Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI) and Star Cruises Ltd.. The complex will be the first of its kind in the Philippines and will include the country’s largest casino, an iconic mall
and three hotels: a 342-room Marriott Hotel; Maxims Hotel, the country’s first all-suites hotel with 172 rooms; and another hotel to be announced. Visit the Resorts World at Manila website for details and more information or view the myGanda feature of Resorts World Manila here.

Also, watch out for their soft opening on August 2009! (Sign up to become a member of Resorts World Manila before July 31, and get the chance to get invited to their soft opening.

Bakla sa 2010: The Philippine Elections Coverage

June 11th, 2009

As part of my continued efforts to becoming a better citizen of this country and of the world, I started a new blog last week: Bakla sa 2010.

No, I am not running for public office.  I am voting!  Bakla Sa 2010 is a special blog project of The Bakla Blogs Network. We aim to educate and inform voters about the upcoming 2010 Philippine Elections: registration process, the campaign period, and election day itself. See the elections through Baklang AJ’s point of view!

The blog is a non-partisan and non-political site which will guide voters – old and new – in the 2010 Philippine Elections.  There are livestream videos, steps and procedures for registration, lists of valid IDs and other requirements, election-related laws, articles and information, and anything and everything about the 2010 Elections.

Follow me as I do my research for Comelec applications, procure my application requirements, apply for a transfer of registration, go with other people as they register to vote, and on May 11, 2010 – vote and watch my vote!

Travis Kraft Cooks Dinuguan

June 7th, 2009

I previously featured hot guy Travis Kraft cooking “Adobong Manak”. Who is Travis Kraft? Here’s the info I posted about him last year:

Who is Travis Kraft, you might ask? Well, uhm, Travis Kraft is Travis Kraft, just like Anna Dizon is Anna Dizon (hindi pa ba kayo nagsasawa kay Anna Dizon? lol!). To find out more about this hot guy, head on over to his personal website TravisKraft.Com! Travis also has an official YouTube Channel. He also came up with a cooking video titled Salo-Salo (trailer after the jump!)

That Salo-salo video came out on DVD but Travis only posted it recently on his YouTube Channel. The video is the long-awaited sequel to his American Adobo video.

Here, Travis cooks dinuguan for a “salo-salo” hosted by a friend of his.

Watch and enjoy!
